Returns/Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges can be requested up to 30 days from the date your order was marked as “delivered”.  If 30 days have passed since your order's delivery date, we cannot offer a return or exchange. Shipping costs for orders, returns, and exchanges are non-refundable.

For all backroads jewelry co items, the product cannot show any signs of wear and tear.  Each product is inspected upon return, and if the product shows signs of wear, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. All decisions made by backroads jewelry co regarding returned products are final.

How do I measure my cuff size:

Although cuffs are extremely versatile and fit a wide range of wrist sizes, it is important to make sure you find one that fits comfortably and prevents you from bending it constantly when you take it off and on. 

Measure tightly at the widest part of your wrist using a flexible measuring tape. Once you know the actual size of your wrist then add 1/4 to 1 inch. This will give you the approximate bracelet size. Adding more length will allow the bracelet to hang lower towards your hand.

* If you don't have a tape measure, use a thin string, and mark it where it overlaps on your wrist. Then lay the strip flat to measure up to the mark using any ruler.
